Through this document, I EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE Ignacio Calderón Almendros, with D.N.I. 25698961A, Associate Professor at the University of Málaga, free of charge to capture, use, reproduce, exhibit, and disseminate the video/audio recordings and/or photographs that will be edited with my image and voice, in the campaign they will carry out to initiate the work of theWorkshop Cataliza: Promoting inclusive networks and actions among cultures, school communities, and individuals, as well as for subsequent activities aimed at promoting inclusive education related to the University of Malaga and the R&D&I Project “Emerging Narratives for the Construction of Inclusive Schools” (PID2022-140193OB-I00), funded by the Ministry of Science and Innovation of Spain.
The information will be used exclusively for research purposes for the analysis of the educational situation in my country. The recording may be disseminated through any medium, including print and any current or future technical medium (including, but not limited to, television, radio, websites, internet, mobile telephony, digital platforms, blogs, Social Networks, etc.), and although the images and audio may not be altered, I expressly consent that my image and voice may be reproduced in whole or in part. It will be particularly published on the project’s website and social networks, under the title “Inclusive Education. Quererla es Crearla”.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the images collected shall be used under the terms and limits established in this document.
Likewise, I declare that I know that the aforementioned professor and the research project he directs will use my name, image, and voice in accordance with the consent I give and for the purposes mentioned above, and that the University of Málaga will keep it until I request its deletion, and also that I may exercise my rights of access, deletion, rectification, opposition, limitation, portability, and revocation of consent, by written communication addressed to Ignacio Calderón Almendros or by sending an email toica@uma.esLikewise, I have been duly informed that when I deem it appropriate, I may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
And for the record, I sign this document as proof of the assignment, in the place and date of the heading.
