La evaluaci\u00f3n no puede vulnerar los derechos humanos, lo que implica que tiene que proteger siempre, entre otros, el derecho fundamental a la educaci\u00f3n inclusiva: nunca puede suponer un motivo de segregaci\u00f3n del aula o del centro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Cualquier propuesta de evaluaci\u00f3n sociopsicopedag\u00f3gica ha de contar de forma clara con las voces del alumnado y sus familias. Debe ser una construcci\u00f3n colaborativa junto a los y las docentes. Por otra parte, las familias tienen que tener reconocida la capacidad para aceptar o no los aspectos individualizados de la evaluaci\u00f3n sociopsicopedag\u00f3gica cuando esta se refiera a su familiar. El papel de la orientaci\u00f3n no es oponerse a la familia, sino el de trabajar junto a ella, protegiendo los derechos humanos. Estos son el l\u00edmite de dicha relaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. En caso de que se aborde la discapacidad, la evaluaci\u00f3n ha de estar basada en el modelo social y de derechos, alej\u00e1ndose del modelo cl\u00ednico. Debe ofrecer, por tanto, una mirada sist\u00e9mica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Como consecuencia de lo anterior, es necesario impedir las categor\u00edas diagn\u00f3sticas como forma de evaluaci\u00f3n sociopsicopedag\u00f3gica. Cuando aparece la categor\u00eda, de alguna forma se anula a la persona; y una evaluaci\u00f3n educativa tiene necesariamente que poner en el centro a las personas. En este sentido, se destaca la necesidad de prestar atenci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n a esas categor\u00edas socialmente asumidas como \u201cleves\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Las intervenciones que se propongan han de orientarse fundamentalmente desde lo com\u00fan, evitando una mirada inicial espec\u00edfica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Debe excluirse de las pr\u00e1cticas evaluativas la utilizaci\u00f3n de tests psicom\u00e9tricos, por los efectos nocivos demostrados que producen y por la injusticia social que esconden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. La evaluaci\u00f3n psicopedag\u00f3gica tiene que huir de propuestas estandarizadas, porque precisamente necesita centrarse en el car\u00e1cter \u00fanico del contexto, de la situaci\u00f3n educativa de cada aula, centro y comunidad educativa. En este sentido, recuperar y construir relatos biogr\u00e1ficos y narrativos puede ser de gran ayuda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. La evaluaci\u00f3n sociopsicopedag\u00f3gica del grupo clase ha de poner el foco en el respeto a los ritmos naturales de aprendizaje frente a exigencias estandarizadas, el cuerpo y las potencialidades, y no en el d\u00e9ficit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. La evaluaci\u00f3n debe concluir en un informe \u00fatil para la situaci\u00f3n particular de esa clase, alejado de la impostura y la justificaci\u00f3n para solicitar recursos, porque es una herramienta educativa. Ha de identificar barreras (al acceso, al aprendizaje y a la participaci\u00f3n) y constituir una propuesta pr\u00e1ctica, que ofrezca herramientas y que sea accesible para las personas a las que afecta (toda la comunidad educativa).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.
